The Pro Chef Butcher Block is reminiscent of the town butcher in days of yore but much more upscale. Pro Chef is crafted with a 10" thick rich Cream finished EndGrain Maple top. The John Boos Cream Finish is an allnatural formulation that penetrates deeply into the grain of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier that locks moisture in. When used regularly, Boos Block Board Cream will replenish the moisture lost from repeated washings, keeping your Butcher Block from drying, bleaching or cracking. Boos Block Board Cream is a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil. The Pro Chef Block stands 34" high on Wood pencil shaped legs. Optional 2.5" casters are available to complete your Block for easy mobility. Wood knife holder is included.
