The AA Butcher Block is reminiscent of the town butcher in days of yore but much more upscale. AA Butcher Block is crafted with a 16" thick rich Cream finished EndGrain Maple top. The John Boos Cream Finish is an allnatural formulation that penetrates deeply into the grain of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier that locks moisture in. When used regularly, Boos Block Board Cream will replenish the moisture lost from repeated washings, keeping your Butcher Block from drying, bleaching or cracking. Boos Block Board Cream is a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil. The AA Butcher Block stands 34" high on Wood pencil shaped legs. Optional Knife Holder is available to store your cutting knives.
